You are correct Conrad, and many of the school pianos the I tune do just =
that. Below C4 to the bass is often 30-40 cents flat. I quickly go over =
that section and bring it up. Then start again in the bass with a pitch =
raise if it's needed.=20

Easy! Tune it ALL to 440.
Yesterday, I tuned a spinet where the A was at 434, the bass section =
was=20
sharp and the top was just about at pitch.
