Custom made  variable radius rib crowned Sitka spruce Soundboard
      Custom Balanced  action. Steinway Renner wippens ,Hammers & Renner  
shanks
      New set Roseland  keys with documented one piece pre- ban Ivory key 
tops &  custom  ebony sharps with maple inlay  detail
     New Renner Damper back  action. improved pedal performance & friction 
design reduction  improvements. Refinished damper heads black lacquer.  rubbed
     Hand made   replacement  maple bridge caps in natural color coated with  
shellac ,custom plate guilding & Strings. GC bass strings German  wire. New 
german agraffes
     Bolduc  pinblock.
     Satin lacquer ebony  finish by "Phenoyd" including beams & underside of  
piano.
     Artist  bench.
