David,

First time around, we asked about the soundboard crown. Still no 
information on that, have you checked it?  I expect the real fix is 
to (at least) replace the board and perhaps recap the bridges.

As they have done for at least as long as I have been in the 
business, and will likely continue to do long after I am gone.  Let 
us know how it plays out (as it were).
