lost motion compensator pictures?

Now why couldn't you have asked this question, yesterday. I tuned a Gerhard 
Heintzman this morning, that had this compensator.
I run into them, now and again.
But since I do very little tuning in the Summer, (by choice), it will 
probably be Fall, before I run into one again.
