Customer w/ 1903 Steinway 5'10" or so (S?) has a serious case of veneerial disease on both arms of the piano. She had these re-veneered some years ago and it looks like they had the grain running horizontal to the floor instead of following the curves of the parts. Anyway, it's all cracked up and falling off.

What's a good source for veneer strips?

This is an ebony piano (pre-polyesther, of course). What type of wood would you ewe recommend? Good source for info on this repair? Matching the finish, etc.?

Thanks, y'all ...
