Hi David,

I did a study some years ago for major centers in Canada. There was no
place where the RH was *always* 60% plus. The raw data was provided by
Environment Canada which has equipment that is "to die for" and the math is
simple enough for even a duffer like myself to do. I do believe that when
he did his measurements the datum were high--but I don't believe they are
that way 24/7/52.
