    Thanks for the reply.  I'm going to remove/loosen a few strings and clean up
under there and see what happens.  I'm selling it, so any improvement will go a
long way.

I should have added -- just because a soundboard has measurable crown and string
bearing doesn't mean the piano doesn't have a soundboard problem. Or a scaling
problem, for that. Chickering wouldn't be the only one.
