Michael, There are many reasons you shouldn't bother trying to recondition those underlevers. Drilling for screws, breaking the glue joints, reconditioning, reinstalling and ending up with those stiff sostenuto tabs is non-productive. A new retro kit will be so much better. Spring-loaded tabs, assist springs and better positioning of the tray pins, not to mention new parts is the way to go. Spend your time where it counts, not reviving obsolete parts. -- Regards, Jon Page
