Heater bar question

Grand installation of a 15W heater on top of the keys and under the pin 
block is standard proceedure here. 15 Watts is very low - you can grasp it 
in your hand without needing a flame suit. (or oven glove) But it does keep 
down the moisture. I usually put them in that way in damp churches and 
village halls.
