Hello Gordon,

I can supply the metal (actually plated brass)  flanges as well as 
hammer shanks for Viennese actions.  As well, there are special pliers 
required to regulate these actions.  The center pin is pointed on both 
ends and fits into the brass capsule.  The tightness  of the fit adjusts 
the center pin friction.  I have more info if needed.
