I'm sorry Marcel, I should have said "I'm happy to report her impressions 
after she has performed on the piano".  I'm still working on the piano and 
the action is on my workshop bench... But now that I think about it, this 
will not be a good test because Sylvia would have nothing to compare the 
experience with unless I ask her to perform twice... once with conventional 
woven felt punchings and once with the new nonwoven felt punchings and she 
won't have time for that.

Better yet I should try them on a vintage Mason & Hamlin BB which Delores 
Stevens performs on for a summer chamber concert series here on Martha's 
Vineyard.  She's very used to the sound and touch of the piano after years 
of performing on it and if I change just the punchings without telling her, 
that'll be a good test... She is a very worldly and astute critic and will 
report to me if she notices anything different in the instrument.
