Until a couple of years ago, I had to compete with several $50 guys who often tuned the piano to itself without telling the customer, left the end octaves untuned, or both. Because they were older than me, most everyone assumed they were seasoned experts, and hated me for trying to tell them otherwise. Fortunately they are mostly out of the business now. But all I dare charge here is $70.
