Hello Terry, Gregg and List
Was given this book by an S&S artiste - good beginning but tends toward 
religion after a bit. Interesting bit about a S&S rebuild in Hong Kong...(I 
think) Prefer Piano on the Left Bank.....
Michael of the Village where it's hot, sunny and I've got to tune that 
Battered Broadwood ON Stage again now...
