Hi Terry,
It Depends on the harpy.
Concert harps have seven pedals that raise and lower the pitch 1/2 step =
to make the sharps and flats to the natural notes of the C scale. Other =
harps ( Less expensive )
have toggle thingies that raise the pitch or lower the pitch. Cant =
remember wich way, but not both sharp and flat.
