Mostly. A 10° temperature change from 70° at a given RH%, or a 
1% RH% change at 70° will result in a similar MC change in the 
wood. It's unlikely that you will be able to get an RH% 
measurement accurate enough for the temperature to mean much 
of anything at all in estimating MC.
