Hi Everyone,
I went tuning with a tech friend of mine today and brought my insta coiler along. I think now I have a handle on how to use this tool. Thanks everyone as well for your ideas and suggestions on how to use it. I especially appreciated the diagrams and written instructions.

Are you suggesting that no one at Pianotek has seen a Schaff price list and vice-versa? I don't think so.

I think the reason is that they don't want the public to have access to the wholesale prices. As someone else suggested, a password-protected catalog web site would maintain that secrecy. A password - like maybe your account number! How would anyone else know that?

Their reluctance to be more forthcoming is based on their Neanderthalian desire to prevent their competition (not us) from knowing their prices. And, if you've ever done a price comparison from company to company, you can understand why they'd be afraid of a face-to-face comparison.
