followed by the man's name, claim that he has a  Masters in Music and phone 
number.


     I saw this and thought maybe NYS  authorized meant that he was 
authorized in that his business  is registered with NYS here we have to collect  sales 
& service tax.   
   What bugs me are tuners charging $50 or 60 and  also getting away with not 
having to collect sales tax.   That hurts  legitimate technicians.
