I own a 106 year old Bechstein grand. Nothing significant about it from a tuning perspective. They are prone to the plate cracking up near the tuning pins, so be aware of that. Other than that, pretty routine. Nice pianos, but if all original, likely to be pretty worn out. Mine has an S-shaped soundboard cross section resulting in a VERY thin-sounding killer octave area - don't know if Bechsteins are any more prone to that than any other manufacturer. Relax, enjoy, and try to envision how nice the piano likely was 100 years ago!
