The site is all in Flash, which is why it takes time to load even after it says "done". What's "done" is the HTML shell that is now calling forth the Flash. It's a wonderful site. One section no one has yet mentioned, but well worth visiting (and sending your best customers to) is the "things you should know" section under the Services submenu.
