I think the problem my be that you either do not have the Macromedia Flash
player installed, or that yours is not working properly.  If you do not have
it installed, you should have seen a message telling you where to go to get
it.  The link is as follows:
http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

The site was developed using Macromedia Shockwave/Flash, so you would
need the Flash Player to view it.
