subscribing to the PTG Journal from abroad

Dear list,

I would like to subscribe to the PTG Journal/magazine. I tried doing so on
the PTG's website a couple of days ago, but didn't find a "box" thingy to
fill in with the country, (for the postage, etc).

Sent an email to PTG. While I wait for their response, I wonder if any of
you (specially those outside the U.S.) that get the Journal had any
recommendations.
