I can see nothing wrong, with your query.
You phrased it in an understanding way, not specifically blaming anyone.

  Hi all,

It's been brought to my attention that the message below may have best been left out of a public forum. If I've caused anyone any embarassment, I sincerely and humbly apologize.

Subject: CTEs in the Western US

   Hi all,

I've been waiting patiently for one of the local CTEs to fit me into schedule so that I can attempt to finish the final piece of the RPT puzzle. I've been ready for around 6 months, but the examiners have not been very responsive. I know it's a thankless job for them, and I don't blame them for being slow to schedule, but I just want to get the thing done!

Can anyone give me names of accomodating CTEs in Northern or Southern California, and possibly Arizona, Nevada and Oregon just in case I can't get these gentlemen to schedule me in the near future?

  Thanks in advance,

  Dave Stahl
