I think it's interesting that a premier piano made in 1912 had eluded factory installation, dealer prep, countless technicians and a recent 'rebuild' with wood rubbing on the pin and restricting the key's motion (pin hitting the back of a ledge). It took about 3 hours and a Dremel Tool with a ball tip to excavate the mortice. The keys move much more freely now. -- Regards, Jon Page
