Kaiser Piano from Japan

Just made an appt. to service a Kaiser piano bought in Japan. It sounds like it has lots of problems - may be a basket case. I've never heard of this brand. Anyone know anything about it? Any major warnings - like all action parts made of paper-machaie (sp?)?
