Trying out account-off topic, sorry

Never ending nightmare!  It got there, but!!!!

I've been trying to change my name to upper and lower case for years.  Maybe 
it will work this time.

The new qwest DSL doesn't recognize me at all, only Murray.  I used to have 
2000MB for pianotech, now it only has 250MB.  If I add the account to Qwest, 
it will delete all my saved emails and favorites (years worth).
