Yes.
My first mentor, the late Paul Hegent RPT Sebring Fl. (1974) was a dealer. They marketed to piano techs to sell out of the shop. They had a fire around 1975 and went out.
I service only a few here in Mass. and they seem ok.
Better than Aeolian---Faint praise I know--- Comparable to most other low priced small verticles from the era.
As alway's condition being the main issue.
Laughead was a family business and even though the product was less than spectacular they were one of the last small companies with one factory and the owners name on the fallboard.
    Walter must be THE last.
