A monojet 412 curved nose syringe can be used for this. The last time I bought any at a dental supply house they were about $20 to $25 for 50.

 Schaff used to sell these, but last time I asked, they had discontinued the item.  I'll be doing work on a spinet with sticky keys in the near future, and the customer would prefer to keep the price low, so finding something to accurately aim alcohol/water would be nice.  
 
Mr. Goss, do you sell these?  Your website seems to be having some difficulties this morning.
