Hi Les,
I'm hiring a professional mover to move it, piano mover. Fortunately, I can ask some of the chapter member here whom they used. Hopefully, we'll have the room for it. I'll have to tune it once it's moved in. Take care.

If you have a dolly that is high enough to make the first (or with leaning back, the second) of the second landing it will work. A friend tried such a move with no such dolly and it dind't work.

Speaking of moving a piano, is it possible for me to have my wife's piano moved to our apartment that we just moved into? It has 8 steps going up and there's a turn on a landing before one can head toward our door. Is it going to be possible to get a Kimball artist console up the steps with enough clearence to turn it in order to get it into the living room? Thanks for your ideas in advance.

List,
I've got a client who dropped their wurly spinet during a move. Sides are pulling away from the plate , and the keybed is now all screwed up. It gets better when I pull the piano back to original position. What would be your best remedy for this problem?
Thanks,
