It is not a chapter in the Piano Service Book, it is an entirely different book.
Or am I misunderstanding you, I seem to be doing that lately. :-)

  It didn't occur to me that there was any info in there!  I read it so many years ago, and I'm sure I must have skipped that chapter as I concentrated on the basics.  I'll check it out.
