SAMA rebuilding

Lists,
         I was just surfing the SAMA website 
(www.samapiano.com). I went to the pricing page 
where it is stated "At this time we do not accept 
work directly from retail customers". If this is 
true then why are they broadcasting to the 
general public what their prices are? Does this seem strange to anyone else?
