Kaboom!!! The container even says to avoid static electricity. Wow! This is for a 1950s Steinway that has about 1.5 swings on the hammer flanges. The piano sat virtually unused (by the original owner) until the mid 90s. Thanks for the info Ed. Wish me luck. Yes, this is the stuff. Some folks suggest blowing it into the flanges with compressed air. Sometimes it works, and I've never had it harm anything. It may take two or three applications.
