Cause for active tuning Associates to be in an uproar!

No... "Tuners" are pretty well defined.  You got your RPT's,  and they 
have the PTG's permision to use the PTG logo... which is the PTG's right 
to decide since the PTG owns the logo. And you got those who have not 
for whatever reaons obtained RPT status who are associate members.  They 
do not get to use the PTG logo.. which is also the PTG's right do decide 
since the PTG owns the logo.  In both cases, Associate and RPT, the 
designations were pretty clearly defined and rather dispassionatly at that.

Seems all pretty straight forward to me.
