OK, makes total sense, and I'll call you. Would you recommend voicing with
the foam installed so it doesn't become too mellow?

You can foam, add foam, and add more foam, but first you have to voice the
hammers way, way down, unless you want to make the piano sound like an
unresonant instrument.
 
Call me up (310-403-4559); I'll give you a foolproof method to soften those
guys up.
