sound reduction

To All,
 
 On the  player  being to loud ????
 
Have a player technician come out and TURN
the VOLUME  dial or button   DOWN .
.  
  What do you think ?????  Think that would
be a   GOOD IDEA  /   BAD IDEA  ????.
 
   If  this system   DOES  NOT  not  have such a
 "button"  throw  the  sorry  thing  away  and get  
  a   " Piano Disc"
   
NOTE:  I  do  not  sell  either.
