BRUCE GIBSON PIANO TECHNICIAN Hello Barbara. I agree with you about the Steinway consoles. >From the mechanical end of things, I think she would be better off with a built in Japan Kawai or Yamaha. They might not suit her tonally, although this as you know can be adjusted somewhat, but I believe these companies put together the best functioning pianos in the world.
