Nice work, but I'm quite surprised not to find any reference to Bradley Lehman's work on Bach temperament in it...

  I just updated the downloadable pdf file of all the temperament charts on my website. This is fully interactive, i.e. all the buttons work, and it has the music history timeline built in.
