Yes. To minimize overall tension change, the offsets are
C 3.00
C# 0.00
D 0.00
D# 0.00
E -3.00
F 4.00
F# -2.00
G 2.00
G# 0.00
A -1.00
A# 2.00
B -4.00

and to keep A=440, the offsets are
C 4.00
C# 1.00
D 1.00
D# 1.00
E -2.00
F 5.00
F# -1.00
G 3.00
G# 1.00
A 0.00
A# 3.00
B -3.00
