I use a bosch 1/2 inch variable speed router which works beautifully. If you
haven't used this  system before the first time will scare the crap out of
you and then you get used to it. The video Bolduc makes (their best one yet)
is invaluable as it demonstrates the usage  of the blade. I highly recommend
it and if you don't want to buy the video let me know, pay for the postage
and I will let you borrow my copy.
