Hey Ric, A possibility might be Paul Larudee larudee at pacbell.net . He is based I think out in Washington State, but spends most of his time in Lebanon or the Palestinian territories - somewhere right over there. He is an experienced piano technician - he is the one who invented those "Low-Torque" tuning pins that Pianotek sells - the ones with the 3/0 treaded portion with a 2/0 top (where the coil goes) portion. Even if he is not available, he would likely know if there is anyone else. Hope something comes out of this.
