removing agraffe thread stubs

Why?

I have never used one, I've always had luck with the "tap-a-slot" method, but I've also figured that if I had one that was really stuck for some reason, an EZ-out might be the next step.

I know you said "D" for don't, but I don't know why not - so, here goes: How do you know?
