Old piano new action

A S&S action from 1936 probably was stiff with verdigris if not worn out from
playing and was replaced during the heyday of Teflon. Not anything unusual.

Teflon actions work well when there are no complications.

Hopefully, they were able to get parts with correct geometry. Is
there a problem
with the piano?
