Schroeder Bros. Grand

Anybody know who made this piano?  It says Schroeder Bros.  Pittsburg on the 
fallboard.  Serial #32235.  Pierce doesn't list it.   It has "Improved Swiss 
Action" on the front of the hammer rail.  It doesn't have traditional 
whippens;  there isn't any rep lever.  Any tricks to regulating that anyone 
knows?  It had hammers blocking, so bad I couldn't even tune it, until I 
backed the letoff down, then as soon as I did that, it started not 
repeating, and I found that the jacks were practically frozen, and would not 
return.  A full day of Proteking, regulating, tuning is in the forecast, 
methinks.
    Any advice appreciated!
