We have been making these covers for 20 years, the difference in ours from others is the fact that they are made from specific patterns, they are not generic. We have collected over 800 patterns now, so just about any piano you need a cover for, no matter how old, you can have a cover made specifically for that piano. It has been our experience that most people want something beautiful and correctly fitting on their piano, or they won't use it. Because they are not generic, we make them to order. I'll be happy to send you the sample kit, which includes the samples of our material and brochures, etc.,I just need an address. As to the comments you've forwarded, we have never taken 3 months to ship an order. The time constraints around making something custom is certainly more than something generic, I think that is understandable. I import the wool that we use...there is nothing domestically made of the same quality as what we use, believe me I would know about it...I hope you have an opportunity to compare ours with the other, you'll see and feel a big difference.
