More on YC action brackets

I called YC last week concerning this issue.  The girl who answered the
phone knew nothing about the issue.  I was told that Jeff Dunmire who is
listed in the PTG directory had left that company that day, and that the
phone was being answered in CA instead of WA.
 
My client is willing to pay for the work.  Can anyone tell me where the
brackets can be obtained?
