The stack was located too far forwards at the factory, hence the 
capstans being on the rear of the cushion, also causing extreme shank 
angles in the bass and tenor for the hammers to fit the unisons.

There was a large gap between the keys and keyslip, so I moved the 
stack back 3mm and the keyframe forwards .75mm. This corrected the 
strike point in the treble and allowed for better
shank alignment in the bass and tenor. Definitely a positive move.
