No troubles mate. You guys simply do not have the proper tuning lever!

  Obviously, there was something fundamentally wrong with your training: The proper technique is to stand BEHIND the square so you can reach the pins easily, then all you have to do is reach over to play the keys! Sheesh, you'd think this would be oblivious!
