I tuned one yesterday that is in a chapel/recital hall. The arched plaster ceiling above the stage has just been restored. Clap once and the hall gives you a round of applause. The beat rate will be the same from note to note, so eventually you learn to ignore it. I'm glad I got to hear the piano before it was moved to that stage.
