applying teflon powder

I seem to recollect that the toxicity occurs, at high temperatures.
Definitely higher than the friction of fast playing would cause. :-)

This is the first time I've heard of any "toxicity" from
Teflon powder. Do you have any proof of that? I really
doubt it or Bill wouldn't be selling it!!!!!!!!

Ric B uses the powder in suspension with Protek. I've
done that, and it works very well. Overall, I'm trying
to get away from Teflon-type lubes, because of serious
toxicity/ mutagenic concerns. But, if you're going to
use it, in suspension allows you to paint it on
buckskin, etc., with fewer inhalation concerns.

    P.S. I haven't tried "Goose-Juice", but have been
assured that it is Teflon free.
