Put the dry glue in a small glass jar. Add enough water to just cover the glue. Place a loose cover over the jar, and heat mixture until glue is a liquid. If it's too thin, remove the cover and allow some moisture to escape. If it's too thick, add some hot water to get the desired consistency. You'll find your own preferences through a little practice.
