Hi Jürgen, The tuning tip wrench that is sold by the different suppliers is just the right size. There are 2 sizes per wrench and one or the other is a perfect fit for these plate screws. Old Canadian pianos often have Robertson plate screws with a large square recess, almost 1/4". I am looking for a source for screwdrivers for these screws. Does anyone have any ideas? Who can custom make square tip drives or bits?
